Returns & Exchanges

All items are made to order, which means they are created especially for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

If you do experience any issues with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to resolve this for you.

SHIPPING 

UK shipping is free over £25 - everything is made to order so please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

International orders - will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. For Europe please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch. For USA 7-11 days after dispatch.

I am not responsible for any customs duties/ taxes that you may incur with international orders.
