As we are a small business, all of our items are made to order and unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds/ exchanges if you change your mind.

The measurements for each item are listed on the size guide. If you need any additional measurements before purchasing please let us know as we are unable to exchange or return items if you have chosen the incorrect size.

If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.

SHIPPING 

UK

UK shipping is free - everything is made to order so please have a look at the banner at the top of the website for the most current turnaround times. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders - everything is made to order so please have a look at the banner at the top of the website for the most current turnaround times. For Europe please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch. For USA 7-11 days after dispatch.

I am not responsible for any customs duties/ taxes that you may incur with international orders. Please be aware there can also be delays at customs which unfortunately are outwith my control.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. Please ensure you check for updates to see when your package will be delivered. If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to the UK you will be responsible for postage costs if you would like it resent.
